1. Roles
The customer is the data controller for data processed through Axix Oryx. Axix Technologies LLC acts as a data processor only for the services described in the applicable subscription or written agreement.
2. Scope
This DPA covers processing necessary to deliver Axix Oryx, including account administration, subscription billing metadata, and service diagnostics required to operate the service securely.
3. Security and Subprocessors
Axix implements administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the service and applicable law. Subprocessors are used only where required for the subscribed service and are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
4. Data subject rights
Customers are responsible for responding to data-subject requests. Axix will assist with reasonable export, correction, or deletion requests processed on the customer's behalf, subject to the subscription agreement.
